What we collect
- Contact details - name, role, email, phone, business address.
- Company information - registered name, number, sector, trading history.
- Financial information - bank statements, accounts, management figures, credit reports.
- Identity verification - documents required by anti-money-laundering rules.
- Site analytics - cookies and similar technology described in our cookies policy.
Why we collect it
- To process and underwrite your loan application.
- To administer your loan agreement (payments, settlements, statements).
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations (AML, fraud prevention, tax reporting).

Who we share it with
- Credit reference agencies for affordability and identity checks.
- Fraud-prevention agencies to prevent and detect financial crime.
- Service providers who help us run the business (payments, IT, document storage) under strict contracts.
- Authorities where required by law.
- Advertising measurement partners (Microsoft Advertising and similar platforms) receive a one-way SHA-256 hash of your email address and phone number when you submit an application, used solely to attribute the lead back to the advertising click that brought you here. The hash cannot be reversed back to your contact details. These cookies only fire if you have accepted marketing cookies on our cookie banner.
We do not sell your information to anyone and we do not pass it to marketing third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep loan and identity records for at least six years after the agreement ends, to meet HMRC and AML requirements. Marketing preferences are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete information where the law allows.
- Ask us to stop using your information for marketing.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
